How we work
Five steps. No surprises at the end.
Most remodeling complaints come down to the same two things: a price that moved and a schedule that slipped. This is the order we run every job in, and what you get at each stage.
Consultation at your home
We come out, look at the space, take measurements and listen to what you actually want. Bring photos, Pinterest boards, anything — it helps.
Written estimate
An itemized scope and price in writing, free and with no obligation. If something is likely to change once walls are open, we tell you before you sign, not after.
Plans, permits & materials
We work to approved plans and meet the applicable building codes for your village. You pick finishes; we handle ordering and lead times.
Build
One crew, a start date and a finish date. The site gets cleaned at the end of each day, and you hear from us whether or not there is news.
Walkthrough & punch list
We walk the finished job together and write down anything that is not right. That list gets closed out before we ask for the final payment.
